Theme is iBede '13.

And the theme of this year's Blast to Bede after prom party is... iBede '13. What, you may ask, does " iBede" mean? It is a play on words referring to technology, such as the Apple iPad and iPod.

Blast to Bede is a long-standing after-prom tradition for Crookston High School students. The purpose of the event is to provide prom-goers an opportunity to continue enjoying their special evening in an alcohol and drug-free environment.

Games and activities will have a technology theme at this year's annual event, which runs from 11 p.m. on April 27 to 4:30 a.m. on April 28. All junior and senior students are invited to attend, regardless of whether or not they have attended prom. Tickets are $25 per person.

Fantastic prizes will be up for grabs, including: iPods, a dorm refrigerator, a microwave, two grills and numerous cash prizes. The grand prizes of the night will be two Apple iPads, sure to make any student's big night grand.
