  •  A St. Cloud teen has been chosen to perform in the inaugural tour of a national orchestra group. It's part of an initiative to bring together the most talented orchestral players in the country.
A St. Cloud Times report (http://on.sctimes.com/10o0nmN ) says 16-year-old Arjun Ganguly has been playing the viola for six years.
Carnegie Hall's Weill Music Institute announced this week that Ganguly is one of about 120 people who will be part of the National Youth Orchestra of the United States of America. He'll be touring Washington, D.C., as well as cities in Russia and England.
Ganguly says he tries to play for two hours a day. He says playing is an expression of himself and his music, and that it never feels like work.
