Prosecutors say Elizabeth Moorman failed to call police when discovering injuries to her son Devin inflicted by her boyfriend in September 2011.

An Anoka mother is sentenced to four years in prison in the death of her 3-year-old son.

Prosecutors say Elizabeth Moorman failed to call police when discovering injuries to her son Devin inflicted by her boyfriend in September 2011. That man, Tony Urban, is serving a 15-year sentence for the boy's death.

KSTP-TV (http://bit.ly/11s12rY ) says Moorman pleaded guilty to second-degree manslaughter in Anoka County District Court Wednesday. The 41-year-old Moorman apologized in court and told the judge her addiction to pills clouded her judgment.
