    Seth Solheim - Boys' Basketball
Head coach Greg Garmen says, "Seth is a senior who does not get a lot of time, but comes to practice and works hard each and every day. He is a true team player and does what is asked. Seth is a joy to be around."
    Amber Froeber - Girls' Basketball
Head coach Lon Boike says, "Amber had a very good game last week against Kittson County Central, getting eight rebounds and six points! Amber has played an important role in our current 10-2 start and has started several games. She is very athletic on the court and an extremely hard worker! Amber is also a leader in the classroom and in the school!"
    A.J. Biermaier - Wrestling
Head coach Chad Hitchen says, "A.J. is a junior in his first year out for wrestling. His size and strength are what makes him a good heavyweight. He is about 280 pounds and very strong with good feet for a big guy. A.J. is going to be, once he gets used to being on the mat and learns the techniques, a tough heavyweight to beat down the stretch. He had a nice win Tuesday with a pin against Park Rapids."
    Sabrina Delorme - Girls' Hockey
Assistant coach Jaclyn Martin says, "Sabrina is a freshman and is a very versatile player. She's currently a defenseman, but we've given her looks as a forward too. As a defenseman, Sabrina handles the puck with confidence and her agility shows on the ice as well. She's got great gap control and plays the body nicely. It was great to see her get a goal Tuesday and we look for more to come from her as we prepare for the postseason."
Tanner Geatz, Ryan Edevold and Parker Epema - Boys' Hockey
Head coach Jon Bittner says, "Tanner returned to play this past week after medical conditions held him out for most of the season. Tanner picked up a goal last night in the JV game vs. Detroit Lakes. Tanner's positive attitude and hard work are infectious. We wish Tanner a heart-felt, 'welcome back!'
"Ryan is a four-year varsity player and a top scorer for the Pirates, the Mariucci Conference and Section 8. Ryan is a captain for the second year and is a 'quarterback' on our power play and essential man short player. Ryan is a great leader in the locker room and is a strong influence on and off the ice.
"Parker recorded the shutout vs. Detroit Lakes and showed strong performances vs. Bemidji and Warroad in his last two starts. Parker is a quiet, unassuming presence in the locker room and is showing constant work to make his game the best it can be."
