Hot Reads for Cold Nights
Lake Agassiz Regional Library invites you to snuggle up with a good book this winter and participate in Hot Reads for Cold Nights, a winter reading program for adults. Read or listen to four Audiobooks, books or eBooks for a chance to win prizes.
To participate, simply pick up an official entry form at your local LARL location, or complete an entry from online at www.larl.org, for your chance to win. The program runs throughout January and February. You can participate at any of Lake Agassiz Regional Library's 23 locations.

Board officers/executive committee elected
At their November meeting, the Lake Agassiz Regional Library (LARL) Board elected officers and the Executive Committee for 2013. They are:

Betsy Vinz, Treasurer (City of Moorhead)
Craig Buness (Polk County)
John Chevalier (Clearwater County)
Evie Fox (City of Breckenridge)
Wayne Ingersoll (Clay County)
The LARL Board is composed of 23 individuals (citizens and elected officials) representing the 7 counties and 5 cities that formed a joint powers agreement to create LARL.
