  • A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a man suspected of scamming multiple churchgoers in Fargo.
    The Forum newspaper reports (http://bit.ly/U7ucUU ) that prosecutors have charged Alan Farah II with felony theft, after he allegedly swindled people at several churches with bogus stories, such as his need for money to buy a plane ticket because of a family tragedy overseas.
