    Thirty-year-old Trevor Skarphol, of Fargo, died in May when a steel beam fell on him while he was working on an addition to the Sheyenne Ninth Grade Center in West Fargo.
    The Forum newspaper reports (http://bit.ly/112M20P) that Lee Jones & Son Construction Co. negotiated the settlement with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, which had proposed $21,000 in penalties for what the agency said were safety violations.
