Howard could face life in prison without parole.

A Jamestown man convicted of killing a Somali immigrant is being sentenced.

KOVC radio reports that Judge Thomas Merrick is scheduled to sentence 35-year-old Leron Howard on Wednesday. A jury in August found Howard guilty of murder and criminal conspiracy in the April 2011 death of 18-year-old Abdi Ali Ahmed.

Howard could face life in prison without parole.

Twenty-two-year-old Janelle Cave was sentenced earlier to 11 years in prison in the killing. She was convicted in February on manslaughter and criminal conspiracy charges.
