She led team in goals and total points.
University of Minnesota, Crookston Women’s Soccer player Rachel Halligan (Jr, D, Duluth, Minn.) has been named All-Conference Honorable Mention by the NSIC.
Halligan appeared in all 18 games, starting 17. She led UMC with three goals and also added two assists for eight points which also led the team. Halligan is an early childhood education major at UMC. She is the daughter of Tim and Monica Halligan of Duluth.
“I am happy that Rachel received some recognition for her play this year in our midfield with her honorable mention selection,” says Soccer Coach Joe Alianiello. “She did a lot of work for us in the middle of the field and scored a couple of big goals in our win over Sioux Falls.”
