One of the affected businesses is the Big Iron Kitchen. It's run by Ernie and Jo Bingham from Bainville, Mont. They've been operating from the parking lot of a bar for the past 17 months.
Jo Bingham says they've begun planning to build a permanent location at the bar. But she tells The Forum newspaper (http://bit.ly/VhhhiU) that it's "heart-wrenching to think that we have to move."
