Local and state authorities searched more than three hours Sunday night for a man seen running from the crash scene on a county road near Durbin. County deputies, Highway Patrol troopers and local firefighters used all-terrain vehicles, an airboat and a police dog in the search.
A Cass County deputy eventually spotted the suspect in the field and arrested him.
The person who was injured in the rollover crash was flown to a Fargo hospital with undisclosed injuries.
