  • Pirate Assistance Team Conquering Homework (PATCH), an after-school homework assistance initiative for all 7th-12th students at Crookston High School, starts up again on Oct. 1. A team of educators will be in the school library every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30-4:30 for students who need assistance in any subject.
Any student is welcome and encouraged to meet with an educator to complete any homework assignments. A nutritious snack and a bottle of water will be provided, and if the student stays long enough and works hard, they may even get a candy treat.
Parents are encouraged to urge their child to take advantage of this academic help. This is the perfect time for a student to get that extra help in an area they struggle, complete missing assignments, and/or study for any tests.
Contact Greta Krier at 281-2144 ext. 2283, or at gkrier@crookston.k12.mn.us if you have questions.
