Minnesota, Crookston men's golf team finished in a tie for 11th at the Husky Classic hosted by St. Cloud State University at the St. Cloud Country Club. The Golden Eagles turned in a 619 over two rounds to finish 43-over-par.

Bennett Black of Minnesota State University, Mankato, John Hafdal of Bemidji State University, Devin Holmes of St. Cloud State University, Ross Miller of Minnesota State University, Mankato and John Potter of Concordia University, St. Paul all turned in even-par scores.
Jesse Roscoe (So., Big Stone City, S.D) paced all Golden Eagle golfers after shooting a 151 over two days. Roscoe finished seven-over-par and in a tie for 19th. His low round was 75 on Monday. Seth Heppner (So., Crookston, Minn.) shot a 75 on day one and a 79 in day two to finish ten-over-par. Matt McClure (So., Grand Rapids, Minn.) turned in a 12-over-par 156. Brandon Hanson (Sr., Devils Lake, N.D.) shot a 17-over-par 161 while Michael Roedl (R-Fr., Minneapolis, Minn.) tallied a 161 to finish 17-over-par.
The Golden Eagles will next hit the links Oct. 8-9 as they partake in the Men's Golf Fall Championship at Maddens on Gull Lake in Brainerd, Minn.
