Dedication and commitment were the common denominators at RiverView Health’s Employee Length of Service Recognition Banquet Sept. 17. Longtime RiverView employees and recent retirees were honored at the event held on the University of Minnesota-Crookston campus.

RiverView Health CEO Ross Matlack and Board of Directors Chair Anne Rasmusson each spoke to the attendees, thanking everyone for sharing their time and talents with RiverView, and for their dedication to the patients served at RiverView Health.

RiverView has a staggering 67 employees who have been employed with the organization for more than 25 years. Five of those employees have been with RiverView for 40 or more years. Twenty-one employees currently have between 20 and 24 years of service under their belts with RiverView, while 31 fall into the category of being with RiverView for 15-19 years. Sixty employees hold positions in the 10-14 years of service category. All together, those honored at Monday night’s banquet have a combined total of 3,796 years of service with RiverView Health.

Retirees honored were William Bennett, Gloria Kildahl, James Leigh, Marilyn Nelson, Carol Sanders, Kathleen Sautter and Linda Widrig.
