A trio of seniors, all student-athletes, weighs in.
Alec Boike: I think it's a good thing that they are requiring fruit and vegetables. Whether kids are healthy or unhealthy, they should be eating those foods. If kids don't feel full enough they should go to the deli or bring a snack to eat before their sports.
Taylor Demarais: I like the fruit, just not the vegetables. They replaced our french fries with sweet potatoes, which I like. I just wish they cooked them longer. Some days I'm full, but days I'm hungry by 7th hour.
McKaela Larson: I actually really like the school lunches this year and all of the healthy foods they give us. And for the record, I'm more full this year than I was last year.
