  • A man has died while scuba diving near Vergas.



    The Otter Tail County Sheriff's Office says the man was diving Saturday afternoon with a friend on Lake Seven when he went missing. His friend called for help and the man was found about 20 minutes after authorities arrived.


    His name wasn't immediately released.
