Crookston kids take top spots at RLF golf tourney

Four Crookston boys and two girls competed Monday in the Red Lake Falls Junior Golf Tournament at Oak Knolls Golf Course. In the 18-hole boys' 13-14 age division, Isaac Westlake won with an 82, while Ian Johnson placed second and shot an 86. Winning the 18-hole boys' 11-12 age division was Brock Heppner with a 90, while Trey Christopherson finished second with a 102. In the nine-hole girls' division Maddie Nicholls won with a 46, while Emily Ricord placed runner-up with a 66.
